Cowles Services Officiated Sunday
Russell F. Cowles, 82 of Ramer died recently. Services were held from Memory
Chapel in Montgomery July 17.
Cowles is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sara Mills Cowles, Ramer; two daughters,
Miss Emily Cowles, Montgomery and Dr. Milly Cowles, Birmingham; two sons, Dr.
James Cowles and Dr. Robert Cowles, both of Birmingham; one brother, Neill J.
Cowles and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Dewitt Cowles, Drew Mercier, Ansley Mills, George Cowles, Neill
J. Cowles, Jr., and W. F. (Sonny) Mills.
