Funeral Held For Mrs. Cook

Funeral services were held Monday at 2:30 for Mrs. Mittie Belle Cook, 
age 60 of Troy, Route 5, who died Sunday in the home of her daughter, near Opp.
Rev. Dock McCullough conducted the funeral from the Westminister Presbyterian Church. 
Burial was in the church cemetery with McGehee Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include, Mrs. Mary Rogers Welch, Andalusia, Route 6; one son 
Willis W. Rogers, Andalusia, Route 8, mother, Mrs Minnie L. Mathis, Troy, Route 5; 
three sisters, Mrs. Martha Turner, Phenix City, Ala; Miss Ovie Hussey, Troy, Route 5; 
and Mrs. May Cook, of Troy Route 5; five brothers, James Hussey and Lovie Hussey 
both of Troy, Route 5; Yancey and H. D. Hussey, of Tarentum; and Estell Hussey 
of Jay Fla; and two grandchildren.
