Wiley Kilpatrick Dies Of Injuries
Wiley Kilpatrick, 40, farmer of near banks died at a local 
hospital today (Monday) at 2:30 from injuries received in a 
difficulty with a negro about ten days ago. Mr. Kilpatrick 
was brought to the hospital Friday when the head injury he
received failed to respond to treatment and hi condition 
became alarming.
Surviving are his widow and several children.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Wood Funeral Home.

Wiley Kilpatrick Funeral Held At Ramah Church
Wiley Kilpatrick, 53, died Monday at 2:15 pm after about 10 days 
illness caused from a head injury.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Wiley Kilpatrick: nine children, 
Mrs. Robert Tillery, Mrs. Andy Langston, Gus, Hayward, Emory, 
Earnest, Eddie, Mamie and Mildred Kilpatrick.
Funeral was held today (Tuesday) at 11 am from the Ramah Church 
with the Rev. Lon Renfroe officiating. Burial was in the church 
cemetery with Wood Funeral Home in charge.
