I. E. McLendon, 76, died in Atlanta Friday morning. He is survived by 
two daughters, Mrs Cora Mathews, Banks, Ala. and Mrs Deal Stewart, 
Goshen, Ala. Rt. 2; five sons, R. Z. and J. R. Atlanta, Ga. W. C. of 
Dadeville, Ala. Edgar of Jack, Ala. and Clifton of Phenix City, Ala. one 
brother, R. L. of Banks, Ala. Services will be conducted at 10am Sunday by 
Rev. Ed Hargrove at Banks Baptist Church. Burial will be in Banks Cemetery 
with McGehee Funeral Home directing.
Note: His name is Isom Eli McLendon Born March 18, 1876 Pike Co. Ala. 
Died April 4, 1952
