Certificate No.13125 Whereas, Andrew Jackson of Pike County Alabama the 
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Sec 12 T. 11 R. 19 in the District of Land subject to sale 
at Cahaba Alabama containing 35 acres and 92 1/2/100 acre
said Andrew Jackson to his heirs and assigns forever. 
Given under my hand, the City of Washington, the 12 day of September in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eitht hundred and thirty five and of the 
Independence of the United States the sixtieth. By the President, Stamped 
Andrew Jackson Ethan A. Brown, Commissioner of the General Land office. by A. 
T. Donelson Sec'y.

* this is not signed by President Andrew Jackson it is stamped with his name.
Elijah Hayward name is drawn over with ink and Ethan A. Brown , signs as
