D. 1844 J. A. appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the bond of John A. Williams as Administrator of the estate of James Willima late of said county deceased is insufficient. J. A. is therefore ordered by the court that the said John A. Williams as Administrator as said be notivied to come forward on the first Monday in Febrary next and give new security as the law requires or the court will precede to appoint another Administrator as the Law requires in such cases. Dennis Judge of the county court of said county and his successors in office in the final sum of seventh thousand two hundren and sixteen dollas for payment of which will and truly to be made we bind our slaes our heirs executors administrators our assigns severly and firmly by these presents sealed with our sels and dated this eight day of February A. D. 1844. In condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bonding Kisiah Williams has been appointed executrix of the estate of James Williams, late of said county, deceased now if the saith Kesiah Williams shall well and truly perform all the duties as such executrix which are now or may here after be by law required of her as such executrix then the above obligation shall be void other wise remain in full force and effect. (all signed) (signed) Additional Comments: When I typed Kesiah name it is done as it is written, it seems to be spelled and written several different way, not to confuse with her daughter (Keziah L. Williams Urquhart) as the mother I use and see most Kesiah wife of James Williams. Kesiah Williams, W. H. Manning, John W. A. Jackson, John L. Williams, John A. Williams, Lenore Redman, Erwin Y. Williams, Thomas Urquhart. This was in an envelope #2 Box 46 Pike Co. Courthouse basement. I would like to here from anyone researching the families of Redman, Urquhart, Dendy, Barnett, Owens or Owens, Robinson, Moor or Moore, Jackson, Solomon Hufham (Huffman, Hufman) and Evans.
