LEWIS ALEX FAULK

MILTON - Alex Faulk, 86, of Route 11, Milton, died Sunday, 
Oct. 22, 1989 in a local hospital.

Mr. Faulk was a lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County and a 
member of Hickory Hammock Baptist Church.

Survivors include a half-brother, J. R. Broxson of Pensacola; 
two half-sisters, Gladys Williams of Pensacola and Cassie Helveston
of Mobile, Ala.; a foster daughter, Margie Wales of Milton; and 
three cousins, John Faulk of Pace, Jesse Broxson of Milton and 
Tom Fortune of Crestview.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. at hickory 
Hammock Baptist Church. The Rev. Carl Gallups will officiate.

Burial will take place in Hickory Hammock Cemetery.

Lewis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Friends may call after 5:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Active pallbearers will be deacons of the church.

Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Hinote, Bennie Suggs, Albert Pace, 
Marshall Kent, Cleve Broxson. F. M. (Bubba) Fisher, Cleo Melvin and 
John Henry Faulk.
