I further certify that I married him prior to June 1st, 1900; at time of his death, I was not divorced from him, and was not voluntarily living apart from him, during the period of one year, prior to his death, and I do not own interest in real estate, or personal property to the amount of $5,000, and that my income does not exceed $1,200.00 per annum.
