Whereas, Lorenzo D. Williams of Montgomery Co. Al. Reg of the Land office at 
Cahaba the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Sec 11. T. 11. R. 19 in the District of Lands 
subject to sale at Cahaba, Al. containing 40 acres 13/100 of an acre
has been purchased by Lorenzo D. Williams belonging unto his heirs and assigns 
forever. Martin Van Buren City of Washington 18 Aug 1837 and of the 
Independence of the Untied States the sixty second Martin Van Buren
 by A. Van Buren Sec'y Jos S. Wilson Action recorder of the General land 
office, ad interim.
