John Owen, Planter, to George Robinson, land, part of which he stated was a patent granted to him at the General land Office at the City of Washington by Andrew Jackson, President of the U. S. Signed 7 Nov 1835 by John (X) Owens and witnessed by William Lawrence and John M. Bodie, Joshiah Dyer and John A. Williams acting Justices of the Peace for Pike Co. certified that John Owen came before them and acknowledged the forgoing deed Novemer 7, 1835. Elenor Owen, wife of John Owen, relinquished her right of dower. She was examined apart from her husband and acknowledged signing the deed freely. Witnessed by JOHN A. WILLIAMS, J. P. recorded Jan 31, 1837. George Robinson, Planter , to John Hart, land. He mentioned a patent granted him at the General Land office at the City of Washington by Andrew Jackson, the President of the U. S. signed by George Robinson, Dec 3, 1836, Mary Robinson, wife of George Robinson, relinquished all rights, title, and claim of the land. She being examined apart from her husband, she said that she signed the deed of her own free will. Witnessed by JOHN A. WILLIAMS, J.P. George Robinson to William Burgess, a tract or parcel of land Oct 29, 1836. Signed by George Robinson in the presence of JOHN A. WILLIAMS, J. P. Mary , wife of George Robinson, relinquished all rights of claim to the foregoing land. Upon being examined privately apart from her husband, she acknowledge signing freely.
