All rights reserved. http://www.genrecords.net/alpike/ ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb by: Karen Tapley http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00030.html#0007328 June 2003 Written: April 29 1858 Recorded: September 30 1863 Will Bk. 4 pg. 432 dated 29 April 1858 Probated 30 Sep 1863 State of Alabama Montgomery Co. } I John Joyce of the County and State aforesaid do make and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others heretofor mad by me. 1st It is my will that my funeral expensis and all my just debts be paid first. 2nd I will that all of my property both real and personal be sold by my executors as the law directs. 3rd It is my will that my executor pays the board and expensus of my wife Margaret out of any moniys belonging to my estate up to the division. 4th I will and bequeath to my wife Margaret Two Thousenad and five hundred Dollars to have during her lifetime and then to dispose of as she may see fit it being the part I lot for her to have of my estate in full. 5th I will and bequeath that my sister Martha Cone have the balance of my estate during of her lifetime and then what is left to be equally divided between the heirs of her body at her death. 7th I appoint Allen Frazer my ececutor of my last will and for him to act without giving bond as the law requires ececutors to do. In testimony whereof I have this day set my hand and affixed my seal this the 29th day of April One Thousand eight hundred and fifty eight.
