Williams of the State of Alabama and County of Pike being mindful of my mortality and being in my true senses and feeble health do the 13 day of Dec in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fify one do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following to wit; The first place I will and bequeath that so much of my person property be sold as will pray all just debts and necessary expenses attending the same----- Secondly I will and bequeath, that all my real estate remain unsold and kept for the use of My Family until my youngest child becomes of age, at which time in case a division takes place I desire that each heir share and share alike of all the estate of whatever it my consist personal or real This day I do leave my beloved sons Robert H. Williams and James M. Williams and my trusty friend John M. Thompson to be my sole Executors to this my last will and testament.
