Adams, J. P, on acting Justice for Pike County came J. B. Clayton, J. P Belser, John A. Carter W. William McLendon appraiser of the Estate of James Williams and on order say they have appraised the real and Personal Property of the said Estate at a fair Valuation agreeable to the best of their Judgement as givin within Sworn to and Subscribed the 28th of November 1859 signed Saml M. Clayton & John S. Carter witness sworn and examined under and by virtue of a commission issued from the court of Probate of the State of Ala. and County of Pike in a certain cause these pending between E. Y. Williams adminstrator of James Williams dec'd as Pliff and the heirs of dec'd are difts (?) J. B. Clayton & John S. Carter being sworn on the part of the Petitioners, Plaintiffs To the 1st Interg They say the issue the lands described in the first interogatory and are satisfied that they belong to the Estate. To the 2nd interg They say issur sworn of heirs & Legatees of said Estate and they are as follows. Zachariah Williams son of dec'd over the age of 21 Nancy Dendy--wife of Wm. Dendy--Mary Owens wife of Robert Owens--(John A. Williams son of dec'd in Florida--E. Y. Williams Elizabeth Barnett wife of Asa Barnett-- Julia wife of William Lawrence the above are all over the age of 21 years. and with the exception of John reside within the State of Ala. (Kesiah wife-Thomas Urquhart residing in the St. of Fla., Wiley Williams residing in the State of Georgia-- are over the age of 21, O. P. Williams of lawful age & residing in the state of SC (the following are minors and reside in the State of Ala Perry Tucker, Asbery Tucker, Ellis Tucker, minors of James Tucker, dec'd all the above are the heirs and only heirs & Legetors of said Estate To the 3rd Intero They say that a fair and Equitable division of the lands above numbered cannot be made among the heirs without a Sale of the same, J. Davis commissioner in said coms named do hereby certify to the Judge of the Probate in and for the County of Pike and State of Alabama that the evidence of the witnesses were taken down by me under oath at Troy in said County on the 24th day of December 1859---that I have personal knowledge of said witnesses James D.
