Daniel Lambert 1826 - 1904

Mary Bassett Morris 1833 - 1876

Daniel Lambert came to Randolph County before 1850. His father was James Lambert mother Barbara "Barbary" Lucas.
They settled in Randolph County near the Clay County line and their home was on the land where Sweetwater cemetery
is located. Daniel provided the land for that cemetery where he and his family are buried as well as many other families
from the Clay/Randolph County area.
