Guildford Robertson first found in 1840 Troup Co., Ga. census, Estate Records of
Troup Co., Ga. 1827-1850, Date April 28, 1841 for the estate of James M. Smedley,
Al Land Records 1846 & 1851 Randolph Co., Al. 1850, 1860 Randolph Co., Al census,
1870 Clay Co., Al. census, Guildford Robertson was a private in Capt. A.P. Hunters
Co., Randolph Co. Al. Reserves, Confederate. His son Thomas Louden Robertson was a
private in Co. E, 6th Al. Cavalry, Confederate.
